TerraWave Solutions and Cisco Sign Solution Technology Integrator Agreement

Wi-Fi enclosures protect Cisco Aironet® products from harsh environments, theft and tampering

San Antonio, Texas, -- August 3, 2005 -- TerraWave Solutions announced today it has signed a Solutions Technology Integrator (STI) agreement with Cisco Systems, Inc. As part of this agreement, Cisco and TerraWave Solutions have entered into a technology relationship whereby TerraWave Solutions will offer NEMA enclosures, which includes Cisco wireless technology. Cisco's STI partners are technology manufacturers that sell, service and support solutions directly or indirectly to end-users as part of an integrated hardware, software, and service offering. These offerings contain specified Cisco technologies as a critical component.

"The STI agreement recognizes Cisco partners such as TerraWave for having the ability to manufacture and sell integrated solutions. Forging these relationships will help accelerate the adoption of Cisco technologies in key vertical markets."

TerraWave Solutions' NEMA enclosures are designed to protect Cisco's wireless products from environmental threats such as heat, cold, dust and rain as well as theft and tampering. TerraWave's Wi-Fi NEMA enclosures are used in vertical markets where the protection and enhancement of a Cisco 802.11 deployment is crucial including, education, government, military, healthcare, hospitality, transportation, retail, commercial, manufacturing, distribution and office buildings.

Requirements
The ability to sign an STI agreement with Cisco is by invitation only and requires a direct contract between Cisco and STI partner.
